    Congratulations are in order for Staff Sgt. Krystalyn Davis as she was recently awarded the Top Missouri Air National Guard Recruiter award for her recruiting work at the 139th Airlift Wing. In the state of Missouri, she competed against seven other Air National Guard recruiters.

    On Oct. 5, 2019 U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Luke Sherrell, an air traffic controller assigned to the 241st Air Traffic Control Squadron, Missouri Air National Guard, was awarded the Lt. Gen. Gordon A. Blake Aircraft Assist Award for his actions here May 3, 2019.

    Over 115 members of the 139th Airlift Wing’s maintenance and operations groups supported Saber Junction 2019 (SJ19) at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Sept. 3 - 30, 2019.
  • Operation Chiseled Warfighter to strengthen Airmen readiness

    Airmen of the 139th Airlift Wing, Missouri Air National Guard, will participate in an operational readiness assessment (ORA) here November 1-7, 2019. The bulk of the training will take place at Fort Riley, Kansas, during a 24 hour period. The purpose of the exercise is for Airmen to achieve full spectrum readiness.
