Wing cuts ribbon on new communications building
U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Levon Cumpton, the adjutant general of the Missouri National Guard and Col. John Cluck, commander of the 139th Airlift Wing, along with local civic leaders, cut a ribbon signifying the opening of a newly constructed communications building at Rosecrans Air National Guard Base, St. Joseph, Missouri, Aug. 25, 2021.
