Servicemembers receive victim advocate training in Missouri
A registered nurse from Mosaic Life Care teaches servicemembers about victim advocacy in St. Joseph, Mo., April 12, 2017. The training is an annual requirement for servicemembers who volunteer to be victim advocates.
