Col. Andy Halter, commander of the 139th Maintenance Group, Missouri Air National Guard, was selected to be the Air National Guard advisor to the director of logistics, installations, and security for Air Mobility Command at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. Halter starts a 17 month tour with AMC on Oct 1.
