1st Lt. Kalonie Taylor, 139th Force Support Squadron, and fellow airmen met with the soldiers from the 140th Regiment Regional Training Institute out of Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo., to discuss and plan for unforeseen contingencies. If ever needed the Missouri National Guard can utilize Rosecrans as a Joint Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration (JRSOI) location, which would assist in the deployment of soldiers into areas of need.
