Missouri National Guard soldiers from the 140th Regiment Regional Training Institute out of Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo., visit Rosecrans Air National Guard Base in St. Joseph, Mo., on July 30, 2015. Col. Gordon Meyer (left), 139th Mission Support Group commander, and fellow airmen met with the soldiers to discuss and plan for unforeseen contingencies. If ever needed the Missouri Guard can utilize Rosecrans as a Joint Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration (JRSOI) location, which would assist in the deployment of soldiers into areas of need.
