Governor Jay Nixon visits with American Red Cross members in the town of Fortescue, in Northern Missouri, on June 22, 2010, as devastating flood waters spread throughout the rural landscape and threaten this small town. Gov. Nixon is accompanied by Brigadier General Stephen Danner, Mo.
