Notice of Availability: Draft Integrated Natural Resource Management Plan Published May 7, 2014 By 139th Airlift Wing ST. JOSEPH, Mo. -- The 139th Airlift Wing at Rosecrans Air National Guard Base and the National Guard Bureau announces the availability of and invites public comments on a Draft Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP) and the associated Draft Environmental Assessment (EA). The Draft INRMP provides Rosecrans ANGB with the necessary framework to manage natural resources at the installation. Copies of the Draft INRMP are available for review until June 11, 2014 at the Downtown Branch of the St. Joseph Public Library.
