ST. JOSEPH, Mo. -- The 139th Airlift Wing, Missouri Air National Guard, will host a career fair April 11 & 12, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. each day at Rosecrans Air National Guard Base.
Schools and individuals interested in attending the career fair must make a reservation by calling the 139th Recruiting Office at 816-236-3620 or emailing 139.AW.Recruiting@us.af.mil by March 31. Lunch will be provided for guests who RSVP.
Guests will meet various Airmen representing over 50 careers the 139th offers at Rosecrans ranging from security forces, aviation, civil engineering, aircraft and vehicle maintenance, firefighting, communications, medical, air traffic control, food service, and more. A C-130 Hercules cargo aircraft will also be on display for guests to tour.
The Missouri Air National Guard’s 139th Airlift Wing is comprised of approximately 1,000 citizen-Airmen from local communities throughout the region. The unit operates the C-130H Hercules cargo aircraft and has a dual mission to the state of Missouri and the federal government. Rosecrans Air National Guard Base is located at Rosecrans Memorial Airport, St. Joseph, Missouri.
