REVIEW YOUR CREDIT REPORT CAREFULLY, AND FREQUENTLY
Some common errors in credit reports are:
- Identity errors
- Errors made to your identity information (wrong name, phone number, address)
- Accounts belonging to another person with the same or a similar name as yours (this mixing of two consumers’ information in a single file is called a mixed file)
- Incorrect accounts resulting from identity theft

CREDIT REPORT AVAILABILITY IS IMPROVED

I have weekly Zoom sessions on Tuesday and Thursday to assist you. Please check the Resiliency team newsletter or your email for meeting details. Don’t hesitate to reach out by phone, text, email or ask for a private Zoom session for you or your family members. Be Vigilant and STAY SAFE!
