Spiritual Fitness Guide (Week 4 of 4)

Below you will find a Spiritual Fitness Guide.  It has 4 sections (Spiritually Fit, Distressed, Drained and Depleted).  Each week, for the next 4 weeks, I’ll share 2 new areas under each section to help define them.  At the end of the 4 weeks, there will be a total of 8 areas under each section.

Read through the guide and determine where you are spiritually.  Take the week to contemplate where you are and where you want to be.


Spiritually Fit

  Engaged in core values/beliefs

  Appropriately makes worldview adjustments


Spiritually Distressed

  Neglects core values/beliefs

  Adequately makes worldview adjustments


Spiritually Drained

  Disregards core values/beliefs

  Inadequately makes worldview adjustments


Spiritually Depleted

  Abandons core values/beliefs

  Inappropriately makes worldview adjustments
