ST. JOSEPH, Mo. -- Below you will find a Spiritual Fitness Guide. It has 4 sections (Spiritually Fit, Distressed, Drained and Depleted). Each week, for the next 4 weeks, I’ll share 2 new areas under each section to help define them. At the end of the 4 weeks, there will be a total of 8 areas under each section.
Read through the guide and determine where you are spiritually. Take the week to contemplate where you are and where you want to be.
