Spiritual Fitness Guide (Week 1 of 4)

Below you will find a Spiritual Fitness Guide.  It has 4 sections (Spiritually Fit, Distressed, Drained and Depleted).  Each week, for the next 4 weeks, I’ll share 2 new areas under each section to help define them.

Read through the guide and determine where you are spiritually.  Take the week to contemplate where you are and where you want to be.


Spiritually Fit

  Engaged in life’s meaning/purpose (Your life purpose consists of the central motivating aims of your life)

  Hopeful about life/future (Hope is a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen)


Spiritually Distressed

  Neglecting life’s meaning/purpose

  Less hopeful about life/future


Spiritually Drained

  Lost a sense of life’s meaning/purpose

  Holds very little hope about life/future


Spiritually Depleted

  Claims life has no meaning/purpose

  Holds no hope about life/future
