Saint Joseph, Mo. -- National and Air National Guard - one weekend a month - two weeks in the summer. Right? Images spring to mind of local support, national disasters, community and even active reserves.

While this image still holds true today - there is so much more.

Our world has changed and with it, the Air National Guard.

The 139th Airlift Wing does more than support it's local community and state - it is a globally engaged organization with dedicated members performing their duties around the world. 

Words, however, can only convey a vague mental image to someone who hasn't truly seen where we are. These photographs, on the other hand, tell the story so much better. The story of our chaplains, maintenance troops and air crews who are, at this moment...Around the World.
