Base tour
Members of the Living Community of St. Joseph tour Rosecrans Air National Guard Base, St. Joseph, Mo., on July 23, 2015. Mike Fisher, who is also a veteran, fought in World War II while he was assigned to Rosecrans when it was a bomber wing.
