ST. JOSEPH, Mo. -- The 139th Airlift Wing’s first sergeants hosted an ‘Additional Duty First Sergeant Symposium’ Aug. 10-12, 2022 at Rosecrans Air National Guard Base, St. Joseph, Missouri. Airmen from the Missouri, Kansas and Maryland Air National Guard were in attendance. The training focused on issues relating to Airman morale, welfare, and conduct.
